That little bump that 'has always been there' deserves a check-up.

Lipomas are the most common benign soft tissue tumor, affecting approximately 1 in 1,000 people. Most are harmless, but some lumps that look like lipomas need investigation. The signs to consult are rapid growth, pain, hardness, size greater than 5 cm or that it feels fixed to deep planes.

What we do: clinical evaluation and, if necessary, ultrasound in the clinic.
